Join owner and chief cake decorator Lacey Evans in this class to learn the process of creating a Chocolate Yule Log roll. She will share her self taught knowledge on textures & techniques before decorating your own Yule log. INCLUDED: chocolate Swiss buttercream, glitter, berries, Christmas sprigs, & mini ornaments! We will recharge our creativity by snacking on yummy food and sipping on a yummy bevvy. You will take your final product home to display on your kitchen counter or impress guests at Christmas dinner.
